Blue & William is a bespoke midscale commercial office building located in the heart of North Sydney CBD. With increasing amenity to re-envision the work-base lifestyle, the brief was to undertake strategies to address various aspects of the building, such as circulation areas, building address, End of Trip facilities, amenities, statutory signage, and place-making graphics.
Our key endeavour was to support the breadth of services and activities contained within the development through creative solutions to facilitate wayfinding and ensure audience engagement.
Citizen drew its inspiration from the architecture's terracotta facade forms and curved profiles. The suite of signage captures this narrative by incorporating intricate raised profiles, sleek linear elements, and bespoke pictograms. This distinctive and tailored solution enhances the building's sophisticated and contemporary offering.
With wellness at the forefront of the building's design, special attention was placed towards the End of Trip areas as a key destination. Leveraging colour in combination with the custom led graphic, this intervention injects a stimulating and energetic atmosphere.
