TAFE NSW is a leading provider of education and training in Australia, with industry qualified and experienced staff that bring up-to-date, real-world skills directly to the classroom.

Citizen were engaged to develop the Signage Standards which included defining the principles of the scheme, stakeholder engagement and authoring of the Standards. The initial engagement included 3 pilot campuses with the final result being the signage location planning for 123 campuses across NSW.

This was an extraordinary project that will result in greater brand awareness for TAFE NSW as a leading education provider and significant uplift in accessibility through clear communication and the inclusion of braille and tactile. The Citizen design solution utilises a kit of parts and adopts production methodologies that offer ease of maintenance and up-date over the numerous campuses.
